You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must notify wwjl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your credentials may have been compromised.
You must keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your legal name, address, or contact details must be reported to wwjl support promptly. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, wwjl is obligated to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and when triggered by transaction monitoring systems.

wwjl may also request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or enhanced due diligence materials in cases involving high-value transactions, suspicious activity flags, or as required by applicable regulatory guidance. Failure to cooperate with KYC requests within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension, or account closure.
All financial transactions on the wwjl platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). wwjl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay-connected bank accounts.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfers. wwjl does not charge deposit processing fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposits must be funded from accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sourced from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture and account suspension.
wwjl does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards issued by non-Philippine banks, or cash deposits through agents. All transactions must originate from verifiable Philippine financial accounts linked to the KYC-verified account holder.
Withdrawals from a wwjl Account are subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, or to a verified account in the Player's own name.
Processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 3 minutes during standard operating conditions. BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 30 to 60 minutes during Philippine banking business hours. Transactions above ₱50,000 may be subject to manual review and additional verification requirements, which may extend processing time.
Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. wwjl reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus balance prior to processing a withdrawal request where wagering requirements remain unmet.
wwjl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal of an unusual size or pattern relative to account history, consistent with AML obligations.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and account tier. wwjl reserves the right to adjust applicable bet limits without prior notice where required for risk management purposes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wwjl platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:
wwjl reserves the right, without limitation, to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void associated bets and game rounds, and to forfeit any balance — including genuine deposited funds — where such forfeiture is warranted by the severity of the breach or by applicable law. wwjl also reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, wwjl reserves the right to retain any bonus funds and associated winnings, and where applicable, to retain genuine deposited funds where such retention is warranted by the nature of the breach.
Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified balance in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered and verified payment method.
wwjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact information held on their Account, and will be published on wwjl.asia with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Amendments take effect 14 days after the date of notification to registered Players, except where earlier effect is required to comply with a regulatory obligation, in which case the amendment shall take effect on the date specified in the regulatory requirement.
Your continued use of the wwjl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and wwjl, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through wwjl's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a complaint by contacting wwjl support via the live chat facility or by sending a written complaint to the support email address published on wwjl.asia.
wwjl will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 2 business days and will endeavor to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If a Player remains unsatisfied following completion of the internal process, they may pursue available remedies under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws and regulations.
Subject to mandatory applicable law, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal process described above.
